Do you help build a timeline?
Yes. We collaborate with you a few weeks before the wedding to create a photo plan and timeline so we know exactly what you want – and so the day runs smoothly.
What is your turnaround time?
Standard delivery is up to 2 months. If you purchase a Product Collection, delivery is typically closer to 3 weeks.
Do you charge travel fees?
We generally do not charge travel fees within New England. For weddings outside New England, travel may apply depending on the situation and location.
What happens if you’re sick / what’s your backup plan?
We’re prepared for anything. We have backup gear, dual card slots, and cloud backups. We also have a small, experienced team and additional vetted backup resources if an emergency ever comes up.
How many photos will we receive?
There is no strict limit. Every wedding is different, and we focus on delivering a full story – key moments, candid emotion, and the details you worked so hard to create.
What if we need to reschedule?
Life happens. Couples have up to 2 years to reschedule with no price increase or additional payments.
